Ordered a TV mount, it was back ordered so I attempted to to cancel the order using the web site procedure. Failed to work so I contacted them via e-mail to cancel. Several weeks later the canceled item arrived. Called and asked for a RMA, from the tone of the sales persons voice I knew that wasn't happening. And as expected it hasn't happened, a week later no RMA. I'm sure I will never be able to return this item, STAY AWAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!
