Article arrived as advertised. Problem was is was roughly 3 weeks after order was placed. I called at one week and was told it was on back order - did arrive in 10 - 14 window that they explained to me in that call. Problem is I was not informed of back order delay (you had my email) and only found out because I called. In this electronic age that is unacceptable. Even in the past consumer friendly companies used telephones. Bottom line: good product - poor customer service
